The officer is a riot too, even radioing in the complete description of the lawnmower as if he's following some fugitive or stalking that infamous White Bronco, haha....

Steve: "Was I speeding?" Note the officer couldn't help but laugh at that.

Officer: "Well, first of all, there isn't a store down there...."

Nice touch by Steve to toss the empty container over his shoulder right in front of the officer.

Officer: "How long you been riding the lawnmower?"
Steve: "'Bout three weeks."

Steve: "I've been drinkin' all day.... Hang on." Him trying to whip it out in front of the officer is priceless.

Steve: "I know my rights! I know my rights! Is it illegal to cut grass?"

Steve: "My wife is gonna kick your ass!"
