i dont know or think you can claim wording such as this as copyrighted material, i could be wrong, but Im leaning towards NO! unless it directly is associated with your logo as in "arted" in the design itself"

AND if you are a busibness its best to go right ahead and copywrite all logs and slogans with an attorney until you do that you cna piss and moan all you want but you cant do a damn thing about it

You're right.... You can't copyright a common, general use phrase. This reminds me of when Fox News tried to copyright "Fair and balanced." Ummm... that's about like trying to copyright, "Good morning" or "How are you doing?" haha....
